Zachary Browning is a seasoned financial professional and entrepreneur with a strong background in banking, small business consulting, and real estate investment. Drawing on years of experience in financial services, he brings a combination of strategic mindset and deep understanding of compliance, cash flow, and long-term planning to his role at Exactpay. His mission is to help business owners focus on growth while building what feels more like a true business partnership.

Outside the office, Zach is a dedicated husband and father.

Craig Force Jr. brings over 15 years of expertise in payroll, benefits, and HR support. From managing complex payroll systems bottom up-team approach, he partners closely with clients to simplify complex decisions and deliver clear, personalized guidance. His experience spans a wide range of navigating group health benefits. As the founder and owner of the team, Craig continues to earn trust and recognition in the health, benefits and Medicare space.

Beyond work, Craig is a proud husband and father of three. He values quality time with his family and enjoys coaching youth sports in his local community.

Jason Melillo

Partner, ExactPay Payroll

Jason Melillo is a key partner at ExactPay Payroll, contributing over 20 years of accounting and business experience with a specialized focus on tax compliance. Working closely alongside his fellow partners, Jason helps bring a collaborative, well-rounded approach to ExactPay's payroll and compliance solutions.

While Jason's background includes deep knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, his role at ExactPay is not to replace a client's CPA or accountant. ExactPay does not provide accounting services. Instead, Jason focuses on ensuring payroll processes and tax compliance integrate seamlessly with clients' existing financial advisors. His collaborative mindset helps businesses remain compliant, efficient, and well-supported—while strengthening relationships with the professionals they already trust.
